Regional Housing Plan for Unincorporated Marin
Marin County is finalizing their plans to meet the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) goal of 3,569 units for Unincorporated Marin. The Juvenile Hall and the St. Vincent’s locations are targeted for development in our area.
The areas include 80 sites at Juvenile Hall, 58 sides at 7 Mt. Lassen Dr. (Creekside office complex), 680 at St. Vincents’s School for Boys and 26 sites at 1501 Lucas Valley Road (across from Mt. Muir Ct.).
Members are encouraged to give feedback on the planned sites to Damon Connolly, Supervisor for District 1 – email him at DConnolly@marincounty.org.

LVHA Member lap swimming is available
Please contact the LVHA Business Office to signup for lap swimming during swim team practice. One lane is available for 30 minute slots. Two swimmers may share the lane.
When the temperature is over 72 degrees for consecutive days, the covers will be removed.
Gate entry invitations will be sent to members in the next two weeks.
